The Funny Lion - El Nido, que cuenta con bar y zona de playa privada, está en El Nido, a 5 min a pie de Playa de El Nido y a 900 metros de Caalan Beach. The hotel is simply amazing. One of the best we have been to. Really modern and spacious. With great water pressure, what we really appreciated after Tao Experience. We loved the complementary juice, coffe, coke and sprite that we got in the fridge in our room on the first day and then fresh water refill everyday. We even got a free totem bag with hotel logo. The only downside is that the pool area is a bit to the small side and in a shadow because of being placed between two tall buildings. But some people like my boyfriend like the shadow :) The staff of the hotel is really outstanding, they remembered our names and would great us everyday using our names. They would order us transport to the airport and other beaches and so on and once they even drove to get me a plaster because I had a pretty bad wound on my finger from snorkeling. And let’s not forget their private beach which is AMAZING. Just a true little heaven on earth. Just on the side of the terrible horrific Seven Commandos Beach, which is a part of tour A, where there is like 100 and 100 of tourists. Meanwhile on the Papaya Beach, hotel’s private beach, we were mostly alone. It was heavenly, felt like a paradise on earth and we were drove there and then we took 5-10 minutes boat ride. The breakfast was very good as well, we mainly ate Filipino style breakfast, fruit and cakes, but there was also European/American style breakfast options. And coffee was good as well. And I usually don’t eat breakfasts in the hotels, because they aren’t too good usually. When we left we got some bracelets with Happy Lion logo on it for free and the entire hotel crew was waving us good bye when we were sitting in the taxi. It was very relaxing. Not to mention that it is really in the center of El Nido town and close to meeting points for boat tours, like 5-10 minutes walking. Pro tip if you are in the area I recommend eating at the Food Truck Philippines- very good Asian food and good prices.

AL FARO Cosmio Hotel Palawan, que cuenta con bar, ofrece alojamiento en Busuanga, a 42 km de Maquinit Hot Spring y a 37 km de Mount Tapyas. This hotel is perfect for people who just want to relax after long days of trips and adventures around the Philippines. The room is very clean and beyond beautiful with amazing views. The hotel is on top of a cliff so be ready for stairs and I promise it's worth it. The views are beyond perfect wherever you are in the hotel. Your only food option is in the hotel but you won't be disappointed, it was delicious. They provide private tours to explore the area and they offer multiple options to choose from, the pickup happens from the hotel which is very helpful, especially since it's located in Busuanga 1 hour away from Coron Town Proper. The massage there is also amazing and worth a try. Everyone is so helpful and kind so the overall experience was a 10/10.

Last Frontier Beach Resort-Adults Only is a beachfront property set in El Nido, located within 8 km from Big Lagoon and 9 km from Small Lagoon. Hotel muy bien cuidado, con un jardín precioso y unas vistas del atardecer que te dejan sin aliento. El personal es maravilloso, te ayudan en todo lo necesario. Las habitaciones son grandes y muy cómodas.

El Buko Beach Resort ofrece una piscina al aire libre y se encuentra frente a la playa en Corong Corong, El Nido. Hay WiFi gratuita en todas las zonas. This hotel is in our opinion even nicer in real life than on the photos. The room was super clean, comfortable and with great atmosphere. You have the comfort, but still feel in one with nature due to the design of the room and the outdoor bathroom (which was supercool and very clean). The service is excellent and the staff was always so helpful. Room service was free of charge so you could a enjoy breakfast in your room or outside your own room at the terrace. The breakfast and food in general was also really good. The bar/restaurant area is nice.

El Daluyon Beach and Mountain Resort, situado en la playa de Sabang, en la isla de Palawan, ofrece vistas al mar Occidental de Filipinas y alberga una piscina al aire libre. Everything from the start of our stay to the very last minute. The staff were so lovely, welcoming and warm. Detler, Abigael, Sofia, Frezel, Joey, Alexa, and everyone we came across were fantastic. We felt truly at home, and the facilities are clean, beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant is absolutely wonderful, with lots of vegetarian options. We booked our underground river tour through them, and had our own private guide, Jimmy. The best hotel on our Palawan tour. We were devastated to leave, and can't wait to go back there one day!
