Easily accessible by Grab/Gojek, this resort is a hidden gem that offers great views of the surrounding nature. Room was clean and spacious, with a large poster bed for the resort vibes. The balcony was nice to chill at, and love the outdoor shower with a Balinese vibe. Staff were friendly and helpful. The highlight was the infinity pool - perfect to catch the sunset and take in the gorgeous surrounds. Highly recommended!

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Abhayagiri - Sumberwatu Heritage Resort is located in Yogyakarta, 14 km from Tugu Monument. The view from the hotel grounds was breathtaking. You can see full sunset and majestic views of the Merapi and the paddy fields. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Serving staffs are friendly. A nice place to just chill and unwind.

Sita was very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed chatting with her.
