We were granted an upgrade upon registering at arrival, which was an incredibly pleasant surprise. The paperwork at check-in was a bit much, but I can understand the place wanting to make sure the guests treated the place properly, so future guests may also enjoy everything. I hope to return to this resort the next time we find ourselves in Pigeon Forge.

We had pizza from the resort, which was very tasty. Kid's loved the rooms and how they had their own space. The treasure hunt was so fun! Staff was very friendly and rooms very clean.
