Great hotel with direct access to the beach, room was so comfortable big and clean, staff on beach restaurant is so friendly, Sai girl at reception is so nice and helpful with any questions, she always has a solution. She helped me to extend my visa at immigration, provided required paper and picked up my passport from immigration office since there were a heavy rain and I cold not leave a hotel . I definitely come back to this hotel when I am on island next time .

Amazing property, exceptional views - almost no need to go to viewpoints because it’s so nice hear. Great pool overlooking the ocean. Houses are very nice for a family, everything was clean and super comfy and modern. Restaurant was beautiful and tasteful. You can rent scooters at the property. The neighborhood is nice, especially the close by ones which you reach with the scooter. More relaxed, chilled and covered by nature, not like in the south.

We liked everything in Baan Kiao! The communication was great, the booking was easy, the room was very spacious, the bathroom and shower Very good, the varanda was Very Nice place to hang out. The piscina and around was beautiful and peaceful. And the best was the staff, só helpful, so loving, so available... Delicious food! The burmese tea leaf salad was AMAZING!!! Great location!!!

Bungalow #1 had everything we needed for our 4-night stay for 2 people. The location is perfect... we could ride our motorbike 15-20 mins south for some amazing family owned restaurants as well as the Pantip Market OR we could stay in the northwestern part of the island where the best beaches are, like Haad Yao, Salad & Chaloklum beaches (our favorites). The host Nadya was very flexible and accommodating. She responded quickly to my million questions and even helped us arrange our transfer to and from the pier. Our bungalow happened to be vacant prior to our arrival so she allowed us to check in early which was a major bonus! Housekeeping is provided upon request and although we didn't need daily cleaning, it was nice to have the option. A hose is located right outside the entrance to rinse the sand off your feet before entering the bungalow which keeps the place clean. We got fresh towels replenished when needed and fresh coffee as well. A washer/dryer is available should you need to do laundry for free. The AC and fan are quiet and work wonderfully. There was zero noise from the street at night and the blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in every day. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The shower head provided hot water and excellent pressure every day. What else could we ask for? 10/10 experience. I would definetely return :)
