Breakfast was sufficient and available until 11am which was excellent. Location of pool and beach could not be better. Also the Gym, which i use regularely was sufficiently equipped.

Boutique heritage property with great size rooms, generous bathrooms and well serviced. Location is spectacular as the property has direct access to the beach. The property is in a cove area and if you do a return walk it’s only 3.7kms, then a relaxing swim in the ocean, walk straight back to the property for breakfast. Staff are always available to assist with beautiful smiles and nothing is difficult, their service is second to none. Loved the a la carte breakfast with plenty of fresh and tasty options…..the sunsets from the hotel are amazing!

Beautiful location. Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely food but lots of restaurants within walking distance if you fancy a change. The ocean wing is more secluded and definitely worth it if you want peace and quiet, but be aware you have a short walk to get to breakfast and the beach which involves an uphill climb and steps. If you have mobility issues the main part of the residence might suit you better.

The resort is located at very good location. Just 1 km to kata beach. Staff is super awesome. Very freindly and helpful. Another good thing is they also have shuttle service every 2 hours to pick and drop to kata/karon beach as per guest's preference. The highlight of my trip was breakfast which was amazing. Very good variety and good taste.

This is a prefect destination for all: retired people, couples of all ages and especially for families - all will get their desired recreation in this hotel.
