The team was impressive, cheerful, and friendly. Excellent caring service. Excellent food and drinks to enjoy between dives. Excellent dive shop, professional dive masters/instructors that took good care of us. Good and well-maintained dive equipment. The dive boat crew was good and caring too. Though we couldn't go to Verde Island due to the weather, they arranged a one-on-one dive at the Canyons, which was the most remarkable dive there for us. Obviously, sitting around good dive sites also contributed to our enjoyable experience in this resort. Room was well-equipped, clean, and spacious. Life was easy during our stay.

Staff cleaned the pool daily and provided home-cooked meals (additional cost) directly to villa. Staff is onsite throughout the day with security at gate from 6p-6a. Highly recommend stay.

Asian Divers is attached to El Galleon which is why we chose to stay there. I have been diving all over the pacific for the last 40 years and the diving operation here is one of the best I have ever dived with. Very professional and organised. The whole resort was well run and friendly with an excellent menu. We all liked the happy hour at the Point Bar where you got two cocktails for the price of one. This was where all our evenings started.

Not a luxury resort though, more a beach-camp/eco lodge with chickens cats and dogs running around and generally a very relaxed atmosphere. I loved it, but it's not for people who expect spotless, air-conditioned rooms and upscale amenities. Beach just at the doorstep, plenty of activities available.

The unique built on the hill give always a nice cooling breeze when sitting outside and amazing views. The swimming pool is on a perfect spot too.. I spent hours just looking at the view from the swimming pool. The stuff is extremely friendly and always strive to help you as best as possible.
