We really liked the character and location. Safe community with easy walk (or bus ride - we took the bus on the way to and just walk back from) to the ferry terminal to Isla de Mujeres. Even more easy walk (like 7 minutes) to El Meco ruins (unfortunately El Meco was closed until May 2024).

this hotel is exceptional, the facilities, the staff, the entire experience was immaculate! We enjoyed Bella restaurant the most out of all the dining experiences. The quality of this resort is simply gorgeous, location made it easy to get about and explore the area. The beach lounge chairs where our favourite as the cooler ocean breeze and serenity was extra special. We could not recommend this resort more highly!

The room was big and spacious, and the balcony view was amazing. Waking up to the blue ocean every morning was amazing. It's a family resort. However, they have an adult only side, which was awesome. Overall, it was a nice time to get away. Good weather in May and nice atmosphere. I will go again if I have to choose a safe, family-friendly place in cancun, close to the airport location and all-inclusive food, drinks, and beach.

Firstly, it is an all inclusive hotel, but they are always trying to sell you something extra. It gets to be embarrassing. Secondly, the food in the restaurants is poor. thirdly, the pool is small and has few sun loungers. A lot of people want to put their towel on the sand. The service also lacks friendliness.

Tipping is usual in this resort and the employees are striving to please. We had a departure flight delay so weren't leaving until 3:00 and they allowed us to stay on the resort with our wrist bands which was great.Valet parking was included. Food was wonderful, entertainment was great. The only other luxury all inclusive I have been to is Sandals, but I preferred this hotel even though I typically don't prefer large resorts.
