Sayed even provided flowers for my Wife & fruit platter on arrival. He even gave us a free sim & a free drop at the unfinished Obelisk at Aswan . Delux Room category is big and comfortable, with a very good balcony and view. Staffs were very friendly and professional in special Patricia in the breakfast and also the Guys by the Infinity pool. Food quality had improved for breakfast, which is great.
