Breakfast was really nice. The highlight for us during our stay was the staff, absolutely every member of staff was so kind, thoughtful and a joy to chat to. The ground staff were brilliant in making sure the grounds were always immaculate and seeing the familiar and friendly faces in the restaurant and bar staff really improved our stay dramatically. The spa treatments were also such a massive highlight!! Also, the reception staff made our stay so stress free and free flowing, we can't thank them enough for all their help in accommodating us and taking care of any activities and travel bookings. But most importantly, we're going to miss the ducks.

Wonderful staff, very attentive especially the reception ladies Gladys and Stacey that helped us organize our activities and gave us suggestions. Clean, spacious rooms, beautiful garden and a walking distance to the center.

Loved the accommodations, fabulous open living and bedroom - bathroom had a tub which I love! Breakfast was lovely. Dinner excellent. It was nice to have a shuttle but odd the way it worked. I think having your own car is better. We went on one game drive which was nice to see the rhino. Our driver drove too fast and I didn’t like that. He also spoke in his language to people in the safari vehicle who, Btw they were not staying at either property. Love the animals coming to the water hole every evening.

Built in 1904, The Victoria Falls Hotel is an Edwardian-style hotel, offering accommodation with views of 'The Smoke that Thunders', Victoria Falls, just 2 km away. Location was excellent with a short stroll into town and to the falls themselves. Beautiful colonial style historic hotel. Beautifully maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful and well trained. Food was excellent. Location was excellent with great view to the historic bridge and the spray of the falls.

This property far exceeded my expectations. It was extremely comfortable, well appointed, and the staff was just terrific. We ate at the property for all three dinners and were consistently impressed by the chef and waitress staff. The boma show was delightful in its authenticity and gave us so much more exposure to Zimbabwe than I thought possible. Lots of little experiences will dot your stay and the rooms are immaculate.

Objekat Victoria Falls Safari Club smešten je na 6 km od mosta Viktorijini vodopadi. We had a wonderful stay at Victoria Falls Safari Club. Very relaxing location, with wonderful staff to make your stay comfortable. The high tea and sundowner hour were relaxing highlights for us that we loved. A beautiful sunset view and a free shuttle into town to see the falls. We will be coming back and staying here again.
