I happened to arrive earlier than the check in time and the staff managed to get the room ready for me. The hotel is very clean and organised, l would always book there when ever I m in Bulawayo. Thumbs up to the staff.

A beautiful garden between the very comfortable rooms and main buildings was delightful. Delicious food - from breakfast to packed lunches and 3 course dinners, we couldn't have asked for more!. Even a warm jacket was instantly made available for the chillier evenings. Thank you so much!

We spent a wonderful time at Fleming Place. It’s not downtown but it comes with a lovely garden in a quiet area. Nearby, there are no restaurants, but David always made dinner for us. As he likes cooking, we always got nice meals where a dessert and wine or bear was included for a fantastic price. But what we enjoyed at least as much as the Guesthouse and the food were openminded discussions about Zimbabwe and other countries. David speaks fluently English and there were no topics that we couldn’t discuss. Unfortunately, time was flying and after a couple of days we already had to leave.
