Just in front of the beach and right next to the shopping centre. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to leave early for the airport so they prepared a boxed breakfast for us. We thought that was a nice gesture. The hotel's restaurant is excellent. We had the Chateaubriant for two which was perfectly prepared just in front of us.

The hotel is a very nice location in Port Elisabeth (which is a horrible city, but you may be forced to stay there) in a safe area, with very nice views from the room. The restaurant is very good and breakfast was excellent. Customer service was excellent too we had an issue with our credit card, which was stolen in the CBD and the manager accompanied us to the police and helped us enormously to file a complaint (thank you so much!) The parking is spacious and the room was huge, the shower was great with very good heating regulation. The garden and pool are very well maintained.
