We spent a very wet weekend in the Midlands, Bosch Hoek was the ideal place, they have a lovely lounge with big fires and a cosy bar. The breakfasts were delicious, and we ate out at four different places, but their dinner was the best. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable, especially the huge beds (bigger than a king size). It was excellent value for money.

El Nottingham Road Hotel es un monumento histórico conocido como el Notties por varias generaciones de gente de la zona. What a fantastic place to stay over. Love the old world pub still as good as years ago when we visited. Cosy atmosphere with locals and guests relaxing over a beer !! Rooms refurbished very nicely. Grounds excellent. Most of all - the staff are fantastic very friendly welcoming and helpful. Particularly Debbie, Happy and Tyrone. They went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable even though having to look after our little puppy over meals. Reception was quick and fast and the room was ready even though we were early !! Dog-friendly a big bonus. Will definitely stay there again soon.
