The best part was that they easily booked a tour of the floating market for us with a very professional guide named Lin. She was a graduate from tourism college and was very knowledgeable and professional, best part was her English was perfect. We really enjoyed our time with her so ask for Lin. I have included pictures of the tour which was my highlight.

Service is top notch. Our stay was very pleasant (Couple). Food and all the entertainment are right at the door step. Free cable car ticket and free water park ticket ! They have rooftop swimming pool couple streets away, it is still being built and a little under developed(March 2024), but great views from 16th floor, nice water temperature. I liked everything about this place, you won't regret it.

For us, it was the perfect place to stay in Phu Quoc! The location was amazing, right on the beach. The beach and the sea were clean! Also, it was pretty close to the night market (30 minutes walk), plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was big, confortable and clean! The staff is very nice. I would 100% reccomend!
