Service is top notch. Our stay was very pleasant (Couple). Food and all the entertainment are right at the door step. Free cable car ticket and free water park ticket ! They have rooftop swimming pool couple streets away, it is still being built and a little under developed(March 2024), but great views from 16th floor, nice water temperature. I liked everything about this place, you won't regret it.

Veldig fint hotell liggende ved elven. Personalet var svært hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi hadde en uheldig opplevelse dagen vi ankom, der kommunikasjonen mellom hotellet og restauranten ikke fungerte så bra. Vi fikk en veldig god kompensasjon for det som inkluderte oppgradering til junior suite. Hotellet satt oss i kontakt med turoperatør slik at vi fikk oppleve Mekong-deltaet.

The staff was very kind and helpful with everything. They even booked us a bus to our next destination and ordered shuttle cars and all. Boat ride from the harbour to the lodge was included and very good, fast and easy. You could also take bikes to ride around the nearby roads and villages. There was lots of space and sunbeds at the pool, towels for pool use. Water was nice and clean and temperature was nicely cooling but not too cold. The room was big enough for three adults, the bathroom was huge and clean and the ac was excellent. We booked a boating tour from the lodge and it was super fun, interesting and well organized. We learned a lot about local people and their habits as well as some ways they work in the area. Privacy, calmness, coziness and the scenery were perfect for a little holiday out of the rush in the city.

Everything!! Second time I've stayed here in my life and I will return if I'm ever back in Phu Quoc. Vinpearl resort staff and the services are amazing! We got the included day pass to Safari and VinWonders which was so worth it! Room overlooking the front garden was a great size. The gym is a great size too and so good to have. Pool area is beautiful and huge and the accessories to the beach is fab! Breakfast buffet is exceptional and so much choice to choose from. It's definitely worth the price you pay for this resort and it was the best place we stayed in during our 3 weeks travelling through Vietnam.

We stayed for 8 nights at this wonderful hotel and ejoyed every moment of it. Family friendly (we traveled with 3 kids). Amazingly friendly and corteous staff. Cold drink at the reception was really nice after 8 hour flight. Food and amenities were awesome. Thank you Wyndham!
