Featuring a restaurant, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom.... mi sono spostata in questa struttura dopo che ho avuto un’esperienza molto negativa in un altro hotel vicino (camera e lenzuola molto sporche, acqua fredda). questa struttura è molto pulita, nuova e staff gentile. il getto dell’acqua è ottimo, acqua super calda e bagno nuovo. l’hotel si trova in centro. La famiglia mi ha aiutato in tutto, lavanderia, prenotazione tour, appuntire una matita :) consiglio vivamente!!

Very attentive staff with special thanks to Son whose positive attitude and smiling face made our day. Wish I could remember the names of the girls on front desk they were all amazing. Breakfasts were great as were the staff. The Moon Boutique obviously understands the value of great customer service and it shows everywhere in the hotel. Oh yes, the room …. absolutely loved it! You owe it to yourself to experience this wonderful hotel in Cat Ba.

Ben è stato super gentile e ha prenotato per noi il tour a Lan Ha Bay. Inoltre ci ha consigliato un bel giro nell’isola affittando lo scooter, direttamente in struttura, e anche dove mangiare.

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura a metà maggio, da viaggiatore singolo. La struttura è molto pulita ed accogliente, il personale è molto cordiale e simpatico. Presso il Roof top è possibile gustare dei deliziosi Smoothies. Oltre alla camera ho usufruito dei seguenti servizi lavaggio della biancheria, noleggio di un giorno dello scooter, e una cena presso la struttura. Inoltre il ragazzo della reception è stato così gentile da accompagnarmi in scooter alla fermata del bus, il tutto in modo gratuitamente e con un grosso sorriso. È stato un soggiorno molto bello soprattutto anche per la simpatia e la cordialità del personale, mi hanno consigliato di fare attività da fare sull’isola.consiglio a tutti di noleggiare uno scooter per scoprire l’entroterra in modo autonomo.
