Easy and smooth process. Everything was very clean and the exterior views were simply perfect. I could stay there long term. Even my daughters that came from base felt like it was perfect and wished they could buy it to live in. The deer were a pleasant surprise. They were there often and a pleasure to watch. I think we spent more time in the beautiful back yard or on the porch than inside but a pleasure to experience. I loved the personal touches and owner history. Made us feel welcome.
