Great hotel staff! I had some requests and I very much liked the room they picked for me. Very close to Wholefoods market and walking distance Northwestern/Kellogg, which was convenient.

They have stayed at hotels and resorts across the U.S.A. and this was one of the most welcoming and accommodating of properties ever! Clean and quite in a densely populated part of the country, with easy walking access to the Cook County Forest Preserve District for great dog walking.

This all suites hotel features an on-site indoor pool, this Bannockburn hotel is 5 miles west of the shores of Lake Michigan. Each guest room is equipped with a flat-screen cable TV. I liked everything in this hotel. Everything was clean, neat, well stocked. The beds are comfortable and good pillows. The breakfast was good everyday. The whole staff was very nice and family oriented. The housekeeping staff were family as far as I could tell. The lobby is very comfy and the facilities were very well taken care off. The money I payed for the rooms was worth every penny. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

This Williamsburg-style hotel in Evanston, Illinois was built in 1927 is 2 blocks from Northwestern University. Charming, in a fantastic location and very clean. Staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful- extra towels, additional blankets offered and delivered quickly and the front desk allowed an an additional hour to check out so I could finish a Zoom meeting. There was always someone at the desk, morning and night, and the valet men were usually ready at the door. And the place is just delightful. Full of charm and character. Super comfy bed too. One people might find the elevator small but I come from Europe so it seemed normal to me. Though I admit it was a little clunky, it never felt unsafe. And the price was fantastic.

In Chicago's prestigious North Shore area, a short drive from the city centre, this hotel offers on-site dining options, spacious rooms featuring modern amenities, and easy access to attractions. Everyone was very kind and efficient. The room was spotless ....plenty of supplies for the 3 days. I would recommend this location. Breakfast was fine.

We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend.
