What a wonderful place to spend a few days, I love this style of guesthouse. Hao and Lily are kind, caring hosts who treated us like family. We were staying here when the recent earthquake hit and Hao took personal interest in our safety and comfort after it happened. Expect true warmth and hospitality when you visit. The space is comfortable and the location is great too, in a quiet little neighborhood of Fushi village just down the road from the entrance to Taroko NP. I would definitely return!

Best place we stayed at in 6 weeks in Taiwan! :) Lisa and Boya are the most wonderful hosts and we felt at home right away. Delicious breakfast and coffee, amazing details like cultural tour and music nights, so close to stunning Taroko Gorge and even pick up service from the train station Xincheng - couldn't be better. Hualien Taroko Mountain Dream B&B is located in Hualien, only a 5-minute walk from Taroko National Park. All rooms here will offer beautiful mountain views. Free WiFi access is available. The entire building is simple, spacious and elegant. Our Japanese futon style room is spacious, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom is very spacious too. The host served their home-made yogurt every morning which was very yummy. The breakfast was fresh and filing, wonderful for fueling our day of hiking in the park. The host couple is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great too. Very close to the park as well as to nearby towns for food and shopping. We loved this place and will go back again.

The amazing help and support of May, the owner. She was incredible, picked us up at the station, lend us bicycles, organised a route around Taroko with a driver. The place was wonderful
