It is beautifully designed and set right at the foothills of the mountains so had a great feel to it. The breakfast is also definitely worth it. Most importantly, the owner went above and beyond to help us when we got into a spot of trouble so we felt very taken care of and appreciated that! Would recommend friends stay here.

What a wonderful place to spend a few days, I love this style of guesthouse. Hao and Lily are kind, caring hosts who treated us like family. We were staying here when the recent earthquake hit and Hao took personal interest in our safety and comfort after it happened. Expect true warmth and hospitality when you visit. The space is comfortable and the location is great too, in a quiet little neighborhood of Fushi village just down the road from the entrance to Taroko NP. I would definitely return!

Delicious breakfast and coffee, amazing details like cultural tour and music nights, so close to stunning Taroko Gorge and even pick up service from the train station Xincheng - couldn't be better. The entire building is simple, spacious and elegant. Our Japanese futon style room is spacious, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom is very spacious too. The host served their home-made yogurt every morning which was very yummy. The breakfast was fresh and filing, wonderful for fueling our day of hiking in the park. The host couple is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great too. Very close to the park as well as to nearby towns for food and shopping. We loved this place and will go back again.
