Excellent hotel, almost brand new and a great value! The staff is very polite and helpful. The room is good size with all amenities and excellent sound proofing. I was able to park my motorcycle in the underground garage so that was excellent. The breakfast was outstanding with a huge selection of everything and a fresh omelette station too.

Fantastic place to stay, but if you are non-smoker, do not forget to ask for non smoking room. This was my second stay within a week (I gave top rating last time), now a slightly smaller room, however good, with a table for working and a fridge. A fantastic and exciting breakfast, which I missed due to early leaving last time. 10-15 minutes walk to the railway station and uncountable shops nearby. Good wifi. Near to the beer-shop (hard to find in Turkey).

I can't stress enough how the people at Otel Cinar are the true stars of this establishment. Their warmth and genuine care for their guests created an atmosphere of comfort and homeliness. It's not just a place to rest; it's a place to feel welcome and cherished. My stay at Otel Cinar was marked by the exceptional people who work there. If you're looking for a hotel that offers more than just a place to sleep, this is the one. I would have stayed definitely longer if there were more things to do or see in Erzurum or more nature. The staff they're the best, so kind and welcoming. They even accompanied me to the bus stop to make sure that I got to the right one. Everything was better quality than I expected at the room. The price & quality relationship is incredibly good in this region of Turkey. I don't think you can find better. The location is the best, in the very center, with all the main attractions at less than 10 min walk distance.
