The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. incredible service provided from the first moment till our departure by staff, most notably Ahmet who was very responsive to our needs, warm, kind and spoke good English, probidades great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. amazing hospitality from the rest of the staff especially at breakfast! the room is full of charm, well stocked and very clean. great shower and impeccably clean bathroom. you cannot chose a better location in Kars, right by the river. the history of the building that has been lovingly restored adds to the hotel’s charm. 10 stars!

Tehran Boutique Hotel features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Doğubayazıt. the rooms are modern and very clean (maybe one of the cleanest I’ve seen in Eastern Turkey). the breakfast was tasty and a lot to choose from. the owner was very welcoming and helpful. highly recommended.

Featuring a garden and terrace, as well as a restaurant, AHISKA PALAS OTEL is located in Kars. The accommodation provides room service and a 24-hour front desk for guests. The location is smack in the middle of Kars, just under Kars castle and central to lots of restaurants. You're not going to beat this location with any other hotel, bar none. The hotel is new and in a super-nicely converted building (it's unclear what it was - but perhaps a large barn or stables of some sort) and it combines rustic features of old stone with nice new, warm wood. The rooms were nicely sized and comfortable and the bathrooms modern with all the amenities we were looking for. The hotel is adjoined to a popular cafe in Kars (which is also owned by them) and served up an overwhelming traditional Turkish breakfast everyday. Super value in this.

Excellent hotel, almost brand new and a great value! The staff is very polite and helpful. The room is good size with all amenities and excellent sound proofing. I was able to park my motorcycle in the underground garage so that was excellent. The breakfast was outstanding with a huge selection of everything and a fresh omelette station too.

Situated conveniently in Erzurum, Lala Grand Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. Everything was good, the staff were very kind and polite, the breakfast was good, they gave guidance and help for things outside the hotel. The Wi-Fi system had a problem one night and they fixed it. The whole hotel was satisfactory.

We loved how welcoming and hospitable the staff was towards us! Whatever request we had, they tried hard to meet it! They also carried out extra efforts to make our Christmas a special one! Serkan was a very friendly staff member who was quick to answer to any questions we had and helped us out all the time...including whilst skiing! The room is also very cosy and the food was always plentiful and good. Definitely a hotel to recommend!

Located in an old Russian building in the city centre of Kars, Kar's Otel offers elegant rooms with free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. Free private parking is possible on site. It was a lovely hotel and the staff were most accommodating. We had some trouble with the Wi-Fi and the staff were so helpful until we had our computers going. The breakfast was really nice. They were also helpful in finding us a wonderful guide and recommendations for dinner.
