By far the best hotel we stayed in during our holiday in Turkey. Everything was perfect. Nice spacious rooms with balcony and good shower. Breakfast is very extensive by Turkish standards. The hotel's location is a 5-minute walk from the center making it ideal to escape the crowds. The hotel also has a nice rooftop to watch the hot air balloons during sunrise. And perhaps most importantly, the staff. Everyone is so incredibly friendly. Heart warming. Wish them all the best in the future. Thank you for your hospitality. We loved every minute of our stay at Reva hotel.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was my friend's birthday and they were very thoughtful. They greated her with cake and tea. She was visiting from the US and was very impressed with the hospitality. This is my 7th time in Cappadocia and the hotel managed to make this trip very memorable. I've stayed with similar cave hotels but the pool inside a cave was unique. The decor is tastefully done. The restaurant has an amazing view of Goreme. I highly suggest that you visit it in the morning and in the evening.

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, room service and currency exchange for guests. I stayed in the king suite and when I walked into the balcony at 7 am it was just fantastic. Sky full of balloons. Really helpful staff. View of sunset was also amazing. The farm breakfast which is organised by the hotel chain is the highlight, brilliant stuff. highly recommended. Only issue was my room was quite up the stairs, but the staff was really helpful to get my luggages up and didn't let me at all to help them, and I guess its all the same with all hotels in Cappadocia.

One word, PERFECT! The staff is kind, caring, present and very helpful! The rooms are decorated with a lot of care and sense of detail. I could even see the balloons from my window! And on top of that, all their food is homemade! We enjoyed delicious cakes made by the mother and the lovely other ladies in the kitchen. We also had steak for dinner, the best food we had in Turkey. I totally recommand a balloon trip with the hotel. the owner Ibrahim is the balloon pilot and we had a great time up in the sky. I will definetly come back, lots of love for the whole Charming team!

Awesome room completely carved out of an cave in the mountain. Every room is unique. They even had a nice pool. Lots of stairs, but that is what we expected. Good breakfast as well and walkable distance to all the restaurants and shops!

The hotel is quite large, with plenty of multi-level rooftop seating to eat, drink, or chill out. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The cave room we stayed in was amazing. What a view! The pools were nice. Only a short walk into town.

It is amazing hotel, very authentic with great view and very cozy terrace. I want to thank also the personal, they wrote me in the mesennger in prior, helped me to book the ballon flight, also were in touch when our flight was deleyed and help to orginize everything. The location is so great as in fairytale, and the rooms are very comfortable and unforgettible. I would deffinitaly recommend to stay here.
