This hotel was very great, everything was perfect. The staff was great, kind, and helpful, good breakfast, rooms and sanitary were clean and smelled good , the sheets and blankets were very clean, you will have the best sleep you can hope for, the environment was awesome, the pool was cool, the hotel staff booked cappadocia tours for us at a reasonable price,the hotel is a 10-minutes walk from the city center and the location was calm. The check-in time is 14:00, but they gave us the room earlier at 11 AM. In short, this hotel has everything you need for a great stay, I strongly recommend this hotel and give a score of 10 out of 10.

Everything! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was my friend's birthday and they were very thoughtful. They greated her with cake and tea. She was visiting from the US and was very impressed with the hospitality. This is my 7th time in Cappadocia and the hotel managed to make this trip very memorable. I've stayed with similar cave hotels but the pool inside a cave was unique. The decor is tastefully done. The restaurant has an amazing view of Goreme. I highly suggest that you visit it in the morning and in the evening.

I stayed in the king suite and when I walked into the balcony at 7 am it was just fantastic. Sky full of balloons. Really helpful staff. View of sunset was also amazing. The farm breakfast which is organised by the hotel chain is the highlight, brilliant stuff. highly recommended. Only issue was my room was quite up the stairs, but the staff was really helpful to get my luggages up and didn't let me at all to help them, and I guess its all the same with all hotels in Cappadocia.
