Pretty much everything, but to give some highlights: The building is well constructed with recycled teak wood everywhere and tastefully decorated. The room with spa bath, which was well worth the price, had spectacular views towards the mountains and adjacent rice fields. The bath itself, located on the balcony with either total privacy or sweeping views, is very large and comfortable for up to two people, bubble bath was provided, and the hot water comes from an underground hot spring. The bed is perhaps the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, and it’s so quiet that the only things that can be heard are a slight whisper from the air conditioner and the crickets singing outside. The Internet connection was flawless. Great coffee at breakfast The owner is amazing… impeccable attention to guests’ needs, extremely knowledgeable about everything in Mae Hong Son and providing tonnes of helpful information.

Our cabin was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a big bed, good shower, sundeck with chairs etc. The host is a super nice lady, who is also a great cook! I would definitely recommend staying for dinner and breakfast. There was also a friendly man made a fire for us in the evening and in the morning.

Housed in a small property just 3 minutes’ walk from the Pai Walking Street, Baan Pai Nai Wieng offers simple yet lovely rooms with wooden flooring and stained glass accents. Breakfast is made by the owner, very hearty food and sumptous! Location is good, in a quiet alley but very close to the walking street. Super clean room and bright! Bed, pillow and sheet are all very comfy, love it so much!!

This was a gorgeous property, 5 minute walk to walking street but far enough away to be quiet. Private parking for motorcycles and scooters. Nice courtyard area outside of rooms. Room was big, huge bed, very clean. Lots of lighting and good AC. Convenient spot for laundry across the street.
