Emoyeni Gardens a hotel with modern facilities you wish to have whilst on vacation on an island plus its lovely garden. I cannot recommend this hotel enough as it is located in a strategic location which means, it’s an easy access to the city centre if you like walking, beach, nearby restaurants esp (Papa Figo) which seem to be the most popular restaurant for all the tourist who were on our flight. A family run business which means Alex, her mum and the other staff go an extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Lastly, I enjoyed the breakfast and was made to checkout later than usual as I had a late flight to catch (Tap Portugal).

Hard to find anything bad to say about this hotel - everything works well. The manager is very hands on and obviously well liked by her staff and it translates into an excellent experience throughout. There are copious common spaces to hand out and the rooms are spacious. The restaurant and bar were also good experiences. It was very convenient to. the airport and the airport transfers worked very well.

Casa Cantagalo - Guest House & Bar Restaurant ligger i Santana och har en trädgård, en terrass, en restaurang och en bar. Very beautiful place,staff very professional and very family atmosphere. I come back for sure

SH Boutique Hotel ligger i São Tomé och har en restaurang. Detta hotell med 4 stjärnor har luftkonditionerade rum med gratis WiFi och eget badrum. Här finns även en gemensam lounge. It's very central and the staff went above and beyond to help me out , I can't recommend this place highly enough, great breakfast too!

Pestana Sao Tome ligger vid havet på ön São Tomé, bara 1 km från centrala São Tomé. Här erbjuds en privat strand, en utomhuspool, ett spa och en terrass med solstolar. The breakfast was a buffet style and was better and with more variety than most European or American 4+ start hotels. Good quality food, good use of local foods, very attentive service. I liked how they used some of the local chocolate syrups and preserves, as well as fruits and coffee. Excellent view of the sea for a bonus! We also had shows every evening, including a local live band and a youth orchestra playing local music. Both were great! The starts of this hotel however were the staff. The front desk was efficient, they were ready for the check in, they had the bill ready for the checkout, and they were always smiling and eager to help. The bartenders and maids were also friendly and proactive, very proactive, same for the towel person at the pool. And Bruna was fantastic! she was all over the place, talking to guests and helping in any way possible from getting taxis to organizing tours, making dinner reservations at local restaurants, etc. In summary, customer service was in line with or better than most 4+ star hotels in Europe or the USA.
