The owner Darko is very friendly, gave us lot of tips about premium Slovenian sparkling and still wines. Most of the very impressive Slovenian wineries are just few minutes from the hotel. Hotel itself has one of the most beautiful vinotheques we have ever been, and we have been around.... Firstly, we were warmly welcomed by the host of the hotel, who gave us even extra information regarding sights in the neighbourhood, restaurants and walks. We were offered help with our luggage. The bar normally closed at 9, but we were welcome to stay for a drink, even after closing time, which we found extremely friendly. Again they offered great advice regarding sightseeings and even for our further travelroute. The breakfast was excellent. There was a lot of different things to choose from and all very very good. They even waited to make the eggs so to make sure that they would still be warm. We overall very much enjoyed our stay and we would surely recommend this hotel.

It is located in a Beautiful area, within a walking distance from beautiful village Smartno. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, everything was clean. Staff was also very friendly. Included breakfast was very tasty.

Vila Vipolže - Rooms & J. Suites er staðsett í Vipolže, 38 km frá Stadio Friuli og býður upp á útsýni yfir garðinn. Well, I've never felt like I own a castle. Now I have and this experience has been far beyond what we have expected. The best part was that other rooms were free and we ware really the only ones :). The breakfast was superb.

It was great pleasure for us to stay at Tanya and Mario place to enjoy their great hospitality, kindness and have an evening with local wine and funny stories. Modern and stylish Appartment in Green mountains hills, with wine yards all around! Wonderful air, quiet place, alcaline water. Great place to relax, make biking, hiking, bare foot walking, enjoying and painting gorgeous views 30-45 mins by car to reach sea beaches on Italian coast. 2 hrs Train to Venice Plenty of local wineries Wine festival in Nov 11th. Opening wineries season in June.

Where to begin from? The location of the Villa was superb, located on the side of a hill surrounded only by silence and vineyards. There's a big parking lot below the Villa, private entrance from the road. Both the owners of the Villa were both super accommodating and available for every request. The check-in and check-out were fast and easy made. The room was awesome, also the balcony outside. Inside the room there was a small fridge with local wines from the owners (give it a try!); the bed was really comfortable, TV with Nexflix and every detail was cured. Sauna area (Finnish + Infrared) was definitely plus to out staying, the owners provided us bathrobes, slippers and towels. There's also an outdoor swimming pool but was not so warm during our stay to try it Breakfast was also another plus to our staying; quality over quantity I would say. Scrambled eggs & bacon directly cooked at the moment together with a variety of salty and sweet delicious food to choose from. In the evening we also ate delicious typical food at the Belvin restaurant close to the property. I would definitely recommend this place!

Nice to stay right in the Medieval castle walls! Alena was very helpful and gave personal information to help us find our way around. It’s vey small and quaint! Excellent wine bar, Vinoteka, and restaurant Hisa Marica.
