Everything was perect, the apartmant was so clean. The bedding was clean also the towels there is no need to bring it from home. Ivan and his family warmly welcomed us as we arrived by bicycle. They offered coffee and homemade lemonade. The double room was spotless and well-equipped with a fridge, electric hotplate, towels, and a comfy bed. The shared bathroom was clean with a hot shower. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants, it's a charming guesthouse with great hospitality!

Guest House Jasmin in Niška Banja features a garden and a terrace. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and a shared lounge, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The place is very easy to find (practically in the main street), but the center is a little bit far and uphill, so when it is very hot the walk is not so pleasant. Otherwise everything was just perfect. The apartment was very clean, spacious and supplied with everything you'll need.

Location is nice, pool is small but nice as well. Food options are limited but what is available will be served fast, warm and in decent quality. It is really close to center of Niška Banja spa and all it's content so it is easy to experience all that Niška Banja has to offer.

Set in Niška Banja, Guest House Dimitrije offers a garden. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. The rooms come with a balcony with garden views. Located few steps from the town center, at a busy street, yet far enough for the traffic noise not to be a problem. The room looks exactly as on the pictures - quite modern and new. They mean business when they mention soundproofing. And that comes from people, who are very sensitive to unwanted noise. Heating works great - it was a pleasure to check in on cold October night to a warm room. Water under the shower is burning hot, bed comfortable and the staff... We were looked after by a lovely and warm older gentleman, who did not want to hear about us leaving without some fruits from his garden. We would not look elsewhere if back to Niska Banja.
