Grand hotel that I think has only recently opened. Lovely views of Monte Brasil. Has a swimming pool. Spacious airy feel to the place and interesting history. Staff are very helpful, professional and friendly. Very personalised feel to the place due to high staff/guest ratio; were able to assist me a lot. Nice breakfast. Large area in front of entrance to park car.

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, especially Lisandra who has made our stay memorable and make us feel comfortable and welcome right away. Comfortable bed, room has everything you need, breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommended.

With its privileged location on Angra’s Main Square, the Azoris Angra Garden – Plaza Hotel is well-positioned to explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site. The hotel is located right on the main square and a few mins walk from the harbour. The basic room is nice but a bit small. The staff is excellent and I found them to be very welcoming and attentive both at the reception and the restaurant. I had early morning tours and the hotel kept a nice food packet ready for me and added an egg as per my request. Overall highly recommended for a stay at Terceira.

Hotel Do Caracol boasts an expansive wooden terrace with a swimming pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The view is excellent, the swimming pool amazing! Very good choice of breakfast, very nice dinner for a reasonable price! Very clean! Thank you cleaning ladies for your hard work! The bar also very nice! Muito bom!

Rooms are nice and comfortable, it has two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor and a very good restaurant where we had dinner the last night and which we strongly recommend.

The location is a quick walk to downtown in the heart of the city, yet far enough away to be away from any loud celebrations or hustle and bustle. The included breakfast buffet is a great start to the day.
