Staff are very helpful, professional and friendly. Very personalised feel to the place due to high staff/guest ratio; were able to assist me a lot. Nice breakfast. Large area in front of entrance to park car.

Açores Autêntico Boutique Hotel mempunyai taman, lounge bersama, teras, dan bar di Angra do Heroismo. Wonderful location in a peaceful part of Angra do Heroismo. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, especially Lisandra who has made our stay memorable and make us feel comfortable and welcome right away. Comfortable bed, room has everything you need, breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommended.

The hotel is located right on the main square and a few mins walk from the harbour. The basic room is nice but a bit small. The staff is excellent and I found them to be very welcoming and attentive both at the reception and the restaurant. I had early morning tours and the hotel kept a nice food packet ready for me and added an egg as per my request. Overall highly recommended for a stay at Terceira.

Rooms are nice and comfortable, it has two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor and a very good restaurant where we had dinner the last night and which we strongly recommend.
