Duroyou is my special 'home' in Pakistan, to stay in, a wonderful, relaxing place with a lovely mountain view location and a large green lawn, very good service and comfortable rooms. But the best thing by far is the loving and caring welcome and reception I received from everybody (say hello to Snoopy and Victor from me!). And in particular, brothers Badar and Fakhar - all the good and funny times I've spent with them can never be repaid - they turned this 'guest' into a friend for life. Please stay here if you've got any sense... but save a room for me, haha.

The landscape around the building is beautiful with a fish farm and a garden with flowers and apple trees and more.

The staff are helpful and friendly. My bike was broken there and the boss asked staff to take my bike to the mechanic to fix. Nice view, too. No words can say more, just go and check by yourself

Nastanitev applegardenhunza je v mestu Alīābād in ima vrt. Na voljo je brezplačno zasebno parkirišče, nastanitev pa nudi tudi letališki prevoz za doplačilo. -Staff: extremely kind workers. You really experience the hospitality of Hunza from the staff here. They were do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They're care for guests is something you would see in a 5 star hotel. They even connected us to drivers who can take us around hunza. They connected us to a driver, can't remember the name, but he was probably one of the nicest and kindest man we've met in Pakistan. We planned on a one day drive to Passau cones with multiple stops on the way. He was always caring for us and make sure our experience was the best it could possibly be. In fact, he added few other stops to our trip without extra cost because he wanted us to see the best of hunza. He took us to short hike to a glacier place that we didn't even plan or know about and it was one of the highlight of our trip. The next day, we wanted to go to fort in town by local bus. We ran into him on the street. He RAN all the way back to the hotel, came to us and picked us up and drove 15-20min to the main town WITHOUT taking any money. He refused to take any payments from us. I have never experienced such kindness from a human being. He is shy and doesn't really speak much english but we were still able to find ways to communicate. I can't recommend him enough. I can't remember his name but I'm sure if you ask the front reception they will know who it is. -The room: The room was very very clean. The bathrooms were very clean as well, which was nice. And they had hot water! Finally a place in pakistan with hot water. -The view: I'm sure most people come here for the view. And I have to say, I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. I would just sit outside the balcony and watch the sunset and sunrise over rakaposhi. -Restaurant: Food were incredible. You can ask for recommendation for local dishes and they will work with you on what to order. Our breakfast was included and were awesome!

They made an effort to help us out as much as possible. -quiet and beautiful neighborhood, we loved walking around the place since it was a very local place with alot of farm land and locals on the streets.

Perfect location to start your trek to Rakaposhi base camp

Everything here was good more importantly the staff members who were supportive and efficient. The Manger took care of me as a friend. Enjoyed local food and meet up with friends and get together with staff. Surely will come again. I had a great experience of staying at Arish strongly recommended for Foreigners especially.
