Good morning, From the practical aspect, this is an exceptionally comfortable chalet to live in! It has continuous hot running water supply in the bathroom and kitchen, the kitchen has all the necessary appliances and cutlery for cooking, the living room has a well set up fireplace with good quality dry wood, which is easy to make fire from. Also, there is a washing machine and a dryer for the clothes, a vacuum cleaner, a heater in the bedroom, a big TV in the living room and many board games to play. The fireplace is central and keeps the whole house warm, a wonderful bath with a view to die for. But for me one of the best part was after having overcast skies, waking in the early hours of the morning to see a clear starry sky with the southern cross large in the big window at the end of the bed. If you are looking for this type of accomodation I can't recommend this cabin enough.

Set on 12 acres in Mt Lyford, this property offers free Wi-Fi and self-contained chalets with a fireplace. Guests can relax on their own patio and enjoy lovely lake and mountain views. The host went way above and beyond to help out

Leader Valley Cottage - A Tranquil Retreat For Two is a lovingly restored 1900's cottage nestled within a beautifully established garden, set in the Leader Valley. The cottage was lovely and comfortable. We really appreciated the option to recharge our electric car.

Surrounded by mountains and situated in a peaceful alpine setting, Hanmer Springs Forest Camp Trust is located in Hanmer Springs. I love the location, peaceful and clean. It was good value for our money, we will definitely go back again.

Located in Hammer Springs and surrounded by forest, Alpine Holiday Apartments and Campground offers comfortable accommodation in quiet and peaceful surroundings. We booked a cabin for 3 nights. Us and our 2yr old and 4yr old. The cabin was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It has a lovely little deck area then onto a lawn which was perfect for the children. A playground in the main camping area also fab. Toilets and showers really close. Everything was clean and the owners are lovely. We had such a great time.

Alan and Sally were very welcoming and even assisted us with extra services like luggage storage and early check-in. The cottage is gorgeous, very clean and cosy The outside bath is amazing.
