We slept so well on the large bed, and the pillows were so comfy too. Other than that, you can totally feel the cleanliness from the lobby to the room itself. I have some skin allergy and I slept fine in their room (404). The staff were also so polite, friendly, and helpful. Providing us with a lot of information during check in. I'm definitely looking forward to staying at Savv again. Location wise, clan jetties is just across the road, art lane behind within short walk distance.

Housed in a Chinese courtyard-style mansion, The Blue Mansion offers boutique accommodation tastefully furnished with antique fittings. Everything about this stay was superb: the room, staff, breakfast, interior of the house... You get a free tour if you're in house guest, they provide a card to show the security when come in/out. They also lend a bycicle with lock, too bad that i was too short for that :(

Great staff, extremely available and helpful. Excellent location to walk to most historical or cultural places in Georgetown.

The property was impeccable…tastefully and extremely painstakingly restored by Mr Ong. My congratulations to him !!…Service was very efficient and staff was extremely courteous. We had the pleasure of staying at another of Mr Ong’s marvellous properties in 2011 - The Galle Fort Hotel in Sri Lanka. The hotel gave us cake everyday. Breakfast is very good. All the staffs are very helpful. The staff that we met when we check in explain where to go and good place to eat in detain on the map which help us a lot. The hotel is in a great location to the street art and restaurant.

A very pleasant experience
The food is delicious all over the Penang island, that people really knows how to cook. You can reach all the points of interest on the island by the public bus. The island is full of historical places worth visiting. Almost all the inhabitants of the island speaks English. People are very willing to help you if you need

You just can't go wrong with the food! Get the map of local dishes and make sure you taste everything! I never thought that I could go to a place just for the food, but Penang was a huge surprise. Like nothing else that I have ever visited. The old town is very nice. easy to get around and safe. Don't miss this when in Malaysia!
