This was my second time at this magnificent resort and I can confirm that this place feels like paradise! This time I took my family and friends and they were amazed by the awesome service offered by Xcaret. The food is top notch, the staff is fantastic, the pools are beautiful and the beach is incredible! The water is so blue and crystal clear. You have to come to this oasis of happiness and try it yourself!

Everything about this hotel was great. Small boutique hotel 9 rooms only 7 of which are sea view we had room N02 top floor. Jero , Myra, Tino and the team are warm and hospital nothing is too much of an issue. All staff make you feel like the family. The facilities etc are great. Food and menu drinks, spot on you must try the Red Snapper. Outside short walk along the road- watch out not lit to all the many restaurants and street food market and stalls. The hotel is quiet and relaxing and far away form the banging dance music We were sorry to leave . will come back. PS GREAT COCKTAILS.

Hotel Shibari - Restaurant & Cenote Club bevindt zich in Tulum Pueblo, op 2 minuten lopen van Playa Sur de Tulum, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeren, een fitnesscentrum... Extreem goede service, personeel is super vriendelijk en klantgericht, alles is heel schoon en goed onderhouden. Roomservice is top, binnen 10 minuten (zelfs in de nacht) is het er. Bedden zijn heerlijk, ontbijt is top. Locatie is top, je zitten midden in de hoofdstraat van de restaurants en clubs en merkt er op het resort weinig van qua geluid.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by warm and attentive staff members who made me feel like a valued guest. The check-in process was swift, and the personalized service set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The rooms are tastefully decorated, featuring a harmonious mix of contemporary design and local influences. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the carefully chosen furnishings to the thoughtfully curated artwork. The on-site restaurant showcased a diverse menu featuring local flavors and international cuisine. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The attentive waitstaff and inviting ambiance added to the overall dining experience. A big shoutout to Mara!!!! She´s the most helpfull concierge I´ve seen in Tulum. I can't wait to go back!

Far from the craziness of the beachfront and the downtown. Loved the swimming pools - both the private in the villa and the public one. The rooms were cleaned two times a day and the bed was really comfortable. Everyone was also really kind and helpful.

Beautiful property in an excellent location, one block from 5th Avenue and just around the corner from Coco Bongo and the municipal Palace for the markets. The room was clean and beautifully presented with everything you need. All the staff I encountered were super helpful and lovely. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Oom Bubble Boutique Riviera Cancun ligt in Puerto Morelos, op 18,8 km van Playa Puerto Morelos, en biedt accommodatie met een restaurant, gratis privéparkeergelegenheid, een buitenzwembad en een bar. De ligging van dit hotel is afgelegen waardoor het heerlijk rustig is. Overnachten in de bubble is fantastisch en ondanks dat kamer helemaal open is is er volledige privacy. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en we hebben ontzettend genoten van het ontbijt. Goede prijs-kwaliteit van drankjes en avondeten.

The Yellow Nest Tulum ligt in Tulum Pueblo, op 16 km van Archeologische vindplaats Tulum, en biedt accommodatie met gratis fietsen, gratis privéparkeren, een buitenzwembad en een tuin. Staff was amazing! Really kind and wanting to help with everything. The villa with private pool was beautiful! The breakfast was healthy and delicious!

Itza Hotel Akumal - Dive House ligt in Akumal en heeft een buitenzwembad, een gedeelde lounge, een terras, en gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. Kind to us travellers! No BS. Great advice on area, wonderful roof top where breakfast is served. Really good too! 10 mins walk to beach area but this is a great spot on A look at the heart of real Mexico - people, houses, colour, An easy experience. Beds great, lockers, kitchen to cook etc. super safe. Cenotes a 25peso ride away. The collectivo also runs from P and Tulmal. Relief from plastic towns!

Dit hotel is alleen voor volwassenen en biedt luxe voorzieningen, airconditioning, een minibar, gezonde snacks, 24-uursbeveiliging en roomservice. Het verblijf is oogverblindend mooi. Alsof je in een oase stapt. De kamers zijn erg sfeervol modern ingericht. Het grote zwembad is geweldig om lekker in af te koelen & ook het zwembad aan het huisje was erg fijn. Een hotel kan nog zo mooi zijn, de gastvrijheid zorgt echt voor het onderscheid. Dankzij Octavio, Dario en Alan was dit fantastisch. Geen vraag is te gek en ze kwamen dagelijks met leuke tips voor in de regio. Ontbijt is erg lekker en gevarieerd (zelfs na 6 dagen) en onze ober Brain zorgde iedere ochtend voor een glimlach op ons gezicht.
