The location of the property was very good, close to the entrance of the Medina, but central and authentic. The breakfast was excellent showed concern for the guests and their needs. The dinner menu offered was excellent too; ate there two nights and felt it was amongst the best. The property had excellent rooms; large, clean, serviced and authentic. Mohmmad and all the waiters were so happy and smiling all the time. Aberderma, the property manager runs an excellent show. He personally take pride in his work and was professional before the trip in communicating with me a was excellent there in arranging, tours, taxis and helping me with the pharmacy and getting meds. Exceptional person and worth staying there because of him. He arranged Hisham, a city tour guide who was amazing and thats the person to ask for. The food at the restuarant was very very good too

Cheimea and the other girls recived us really good, with a good tea and a snack. Then she spend long time explaining us about the city and sending us all the information we needed. The room was perfect and really confortable. The best part was the long and deep conversation we had with Cheimea. We shared and we laught during three ours that looked as 5 minutes. Again, thanks for everything, we’ll come back to visit you!! PD: the breakfast was amazing!

Ubytovanie Fes Heritage Boutique luxury Hotel sa nachádza v destinácii Fès 1,7 km od miesta Kráľovský palác Fez. We had a fantastic stay and I consider it to be the best hotel in Fes. It certainly has the best location of the top hotels in Fes as it is only a 5 minute walk to the main gate of the medina and there are restaurants even closer than that. We were upgraded to a junior suite and treated like royalty by all the staff. A particular thank you to the General Manager, the young lady at the front desk, the concierge and 2 staff at breakfast time. For the last 2 mornings the 2 dining room staff specially laid out a table for us as there was a large group at the buffet. Our poolside room was very quiet, very spacious and comfortable. We parked our car outside the hotel and it was safe. It was easy to drive to the hotel despite some travel blogs saying Fes is a difficult to place drive in.

The staff was incredibly nice, the room was beautifully decorated and clean, and the calm atmosphere with the cute backyard made it perfect. Highly recommended!

Located in Fes, the Palais is beside the Fez Borj shopping centre and it has an outdoor pool with a snack bar and panoramic views of the Jbel Zallagh Hill and the Old Medina. Everything was excellent, cleanliness, staff, location, view, facilities, food, parking etc. They were very helpful, accurate and supportive. Location is excellent, close to the Royal Palace and medina, still quite away of all the crowd. Balcony view to Medina , specially at night is very nice, almost romantic. Taxi is available in a minute, with more then affordable price. (Necessarily negotiate with the driver). Dinner is quite OK, with acceptable price. Breakfast OK as well.
