The room was immaculate, amazing view, incredible breakfast!!, attention to detail with all that you need available, quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Ella’s main strip - perfection. However the best part are the people who run it- they made us feel so welcome and made this stay amazing. We travelled with our 9month old and she loved every minute of it.

The rooms are spacious and VERY clean, the bed 10/10 the breakfast exceptional, varied and very generous but what is also important during a stay is the meeting with the owners. Obey, the owner is extremely kind. limits, he is generous in everything, he is available, but above all he LOVES what he does! he is always ready to help and make his guests have a very pleasant stay. The staff was really friendly and helping. The view was magnificient, as was the room. Hot streaming water, a bath, good bed.. It s far enough from ella to enjoy the relaxing and quite nature but also at walking distance from ella. We loved our daily walks to ella, watching the train as we were walking... 😍

Truly the staff is the highlight of this beautiful property. The restaurant service, the housekeeping, everyone is lovely and top notch. Without a doubt, this is the best and is recommended. The family that runs the room is wonderful. They are super nice and always wait for you with a smile, or tea in the afternoon. The breakfast is very rich and filling. The views of the mountains are breathtaking!! I recommend it!!

We had an enormous family room, with an equally huge bathroom! Simply furnished and clean. Tea making facilities. Water bottles replenished every day. Fantastic location just around the corner from the main road.

Beautiful location with the most amazing view! The staff were very helpful and we had nice lunch and dinner. Beautiful area to walk! They arranged tuktuk transport for us to Horton plains at 6am in the morning. Definetely recommendable stay!

Stayed from 18th - 20th November with my wife, was visiting Ella for the first time and I am glad we chose to stay at Ekho Ella! Unarguably the most amazing views we had from our room. The huge window overlooked at Ella Gap which is literally a gap between two mountains. Had one of the most pleasant and beautiful mornings at Ella just because we stayed here. Everything from the staff, to the size of the room, the way each rooms had remnants of Ella town, simply exceptional and made our trip extremely interesting. The best part was also the location, as you exit the hotel, you are in the main town center with lots of amazing shops, bars and restaurants and then as you enter the hotel, you're just engulfed in the peace and serenity of the mountains. I don't think any other hotel in Ella has views like Ekho Ella. Must visit!
