For breakfast, you can choose anything you want and they will order it for you. Best of all is that they have warm water in the shower

Hotel staff were very attentive and helpful with everything we needed. We usually don’t eat in hotel restaurant but we had amazing two meals there.

Jaffna Heritage Hotel asub Jaffnas, 600 meetri kaugusel Nallur Kandaswamy templist. Kohapeal on välibassein, tasuta eraparkla, aed ja ühine puhkeruum. The staff was extra ordinarily helpful. The room service was superb. The front office Manager, Mr Wije went out of his way to help us & the helper, Saravanan was there within 2 minutes when we needed help. Not only I will stay again, I will also highly recommend the hotel to my family and friends.

Butiikhotell Thinnai - All-Suites asub Jaffnas, 1,1 km kaugusel Nallur Kandaswamy templist. Kohapeal on välibassein, tasuta eraparkla, spordikeskus ja aed. First of all, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and was homely. Secondly, the food was excellent and our family enjoyed all the dishes, specially the crab curry. Alcohol was not that great. My wife ordered a drink with Arack ( green in color). It was overly sweet and pretty much had no alcohol in the drink. Draft beer was great. Thirdly, the room design was excellent and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The hotel provided accommodation for my driver, for which I am thankful. I will definitely visit again.

Located in Jaffna, 600 metres from Jaffna Public Library, Jetwing Jaffna provides accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Exceptional customer service, staff are friendly and very helpful. A good selection of food available for breakfast, lunch, dinner and it was delicious.

Jaffna Inn asub Jaffnas, 1 km kaugusel Jaffna raudteejaamast ja 1,2 km kaugusel Jaffna avalikust raamatukogust. Kohapeal on restoran ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. It is a nice and quiet modern hotel with good facilities. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and pillows. There is a fridge in the room and and tea making facilities in the lounge area outside the room. We were given two small bottles of water on arrival. The shower works well with good hot water, once you get it adjusted properly. There is a shower screen too, but like all bathrooms in Sri Lanka the bathroom floor still gets wet. The air conditioner works well and the room also has a large ceiling fan. The hotel is well located just 1.6 kilometers from Jaffna Fort and about a kilometre from the rooftop bar at the Jaffna Jetwing Hotel. Breakfast was not included but is available, we did not have breakfast at the hotel. All in all a good place to stay.

We recently stayed at the PJ Hotel for three days and had an excellent experience. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, making our stay incredibly pleasant. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment to relax in. While we didn't get a chance to try the hotel's food, as Jaffna has some fantastic restaurants that we chose to explore, we are definitely looking forward to trying the hotel’s cuisine next time. Overall, a great place to stay with exceptional service.

The staff was enormously flexible on the check-in and check-out times. They are very friendly and professional.

Yal's Town Inn asub Jaffnas, kesklinnast vaid 2,5 km kaugusel. WiFi-ühendus on tasuta. Kõikides tubades on televiisor, konditsioneer ja mullivann. Samuti on olemas söögilaud. The staff is really nice and friendly. Food was exceptional Totally worth the paying amount. Also as the inn located in the middle of the town we can travel anywhere around with ease Definitely recommend for anyone even solo or with a group this is a safe place to stay.
