The hotel is on the “main drag” and it is easy to walk basically everywhere. My room was large, with a comfortable bed, a desk, a place to keep my clothes, and a basic but charming little private bathroom. This is a training hotel for youth who want to get into the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Even if many are novices in their roles, the enterprise runs smoothly. The hotel is well-maintained and very clean. The restaurant also provides well-prepared meals at a reasonable cost. I had a very nice fish dish for lunch there. The value for the money is excellent and you are contributing to the economic and social advancement of the community. It’s a win-win. In enjoyed my stay in Kracheh and it was memorable in large part bc of this hotel.

Beautiful stylish hotel set in the middle of a vibrant market. Alex the owner is a lovely guy who makes everyone feel very welcome. Very memorable stay.

Rajabori Villas Resort ligger omgivet av grönska, bara 10 minuters båtfärd från ön Koh Trong. Här erbjuds en fridfull oas i traditionell kambodjansk stil. It’s a little paradise, so relaxing to come here. The staff is very nice and helpful and the food is super good. The villas itself are very big and comfortable. The island itself is not so big but nice to do a bicycle tour around (about 10km), resort has bicycles you can borrow.

HeangKanha GuestHouse ligger i Phumĭ Chŏng Kaôh, 11 km från Phnom Sambok Pagoda, och erbjuder boende med gratis cyklar, gratis privat parkering, en terrass och en restaurang. Excellent guesthouse in a lovely restored old building - the guesthouse is really close to a night street food market which is great for dinner. The rooms are very clean and have both fans and air conditioning. Overall it is the best guesthouse in Kratié - it is close to the river and market but a little outside the main city area which means it is very peaceful and more full of local life.

Silver Dolphin Guesthouse & Restaurant ligger 200 meter från busstationen och erbjuder boende med utsikt över Mekongfloden och hotellets restaurang på taket. I returned after my first stay. This really is a proper traditional nice hostel. There’s life in the dorm, it’s all run by a family with children that run around, tours can be booked here. The bed was cosy and the view from the balcony stunning. There’s lockers provided and the WiFi was strong enough to work. If in Kratie and on a budget this is definitely a very good choice, also location wise.

Very respectful host in a very honest and well taken care of place. Simple wood construction, spacious and ventilated.
