And family run. The rooms as all ok. Clean, and a/c working well. The price is amazing value. They also sell food and drinks. Scooter hire available. A good position to explore the area. The family make you feel so welcome, and can arrange trips and onward travel. Would recommend

The host family were fantastic and very helpful. The host picked me up for free several times in his tuktuk.

The hotel is facing the Mekong river and offers views of the most spectacular sunsets from the front balconies. There are chairs to sit and enjoy and hear the hustle of the charming town, Kracheh. The hotel is on the “main drag” and it is easy to walk basically everywhere. My room was large, with a comfortable bed, a desk, a place to keep my clothes, and a basic but charming little private bathroom. This is a training hotel for youth who want to get into the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Even if many are novices in their roles, the enterprise runs smoothly. The hotel is well-maintained and very clean. The restaurant also provides well-prepared meals at a reasonable cost. I had a very nice fish dish for lunch there. The value for the money is excellent and you are contributing to the economic and social advancement of the community. It’s a win-win. In enjoyed my stay in Kracheh and it was memorable in large part bc of this hotel.

Beautiful stylish hotel set in the middle of a vibrant market. Alex the owner is a lovely guy who makes everyone feel very welcome. Very memorable stay.

Set amidst natural greenery just a 10-minute boat ride from Koh Trong Island, Soriyabori Villas Resort offers a peaceful retreat in traditional Cambodian accommodation. It’s a little paradise, so relaxing to come here. The staff is very nice and helpful and the food is super good. The villas itself are very big and comfortable. The island itself is not so big but nice to do a bicycle tour around (about 10km), resort has bicycles you can borrow.

Excellent guesthouse in a lovely restored old building - the guesthouse is really close to a night street food market which is great for dinner. The rooms are very clean and have both fans and air conditioning. Overall it is the best guesthouse in Kratié - it is close to the river and market but a little outside the main city area which means it is very peaceful and more full of local life.

Located 200 metres from public bus station, Silver Dolphin Guesthouse & Restaurant features accommodations with views of Mekong River and the on-site restaurant on the rooftop. I returned after my first stay. This really is a proper traditional nice hostel. There’s life in the dorm, it’s all run by a family with children that run around, tours can be booked here. The bed was cosy and the view from the balcony stunning. There’s lockers provided and the WiFi was strong enough to work. If in Kratie and on a budget this is definitely a very good choice, also location wise.

Nestled within lush greeneries of Kratie, Arun Mekong Guesthouse is a convenient 10-minute walk from Wat Chong Koh Pagoda and Kbal Koh Pagoda. It operates a 24-hour front desk and offers free parking.... Very respectful host in a very honest and well taken care of place. Simple wood construction, spacious and ventilated.
