The customer service is AMAZING. They speak english (rare in Japan), they were kind and even helped us find a bag we forgot in a buss calling and asking for us. They also helped us calling our next accomodation (in other city) to arrange late checkin! 3 Minutes from Mt Fuji station, vital in this area. They also provided very nice suggestions about the area. Clean and comfortable (rare in Japan). Absolutely recommended.

Room is tidy and clean. The owners are extremely helpful. We couldn't start our program in the morning due to battery problem with our car. I cannot speak Japanese however the owner communicated with the car rental company to urge them coming to fix our car quickly.

Set in Fujikawaguchiko, 4.8 km from Lake Kawaguchi, Fufu Kawaguchiko offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Service was extremely thoughtful! The server who checked us in escorted us to our room, and even tidied our shoes! At keiseki dinner and breakfast, as a family with kids, the service was very polished, and the server really could anticipate our needs and acted proactively, to the point of surprising us! The meals were elaborate and of extremely high quality. Both the public onsen and the private in-room onsen were excellent. And of course, the view of Mount Fuji was super impressive! All Fufu hotels are designed with maximum customer privacy in mind. While the hotel is not right next to the coast of Lake Kawaguchiko but is instead "hidden" in a valley, the feeling of being inside a forest yet with Mount Fuji still highly visible, the picture is really surprisingly next level! A perfect, perfect stay overall!

Just a 5-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station, JINYA Fujikawaguchiko is located in Fujikawaguchiko. Free WiFi, private parking, a washing and drying machine are provided. The room I stayed was spacious, tidy and neat. The host was friendly and amazingly helpful. The story was that I accidentally left my personal belongings at the previous hotel on the other side of Lake Kawaguchi. He offered to drive there and fetch my lost items.

Very pleasantly surprised - the facility far exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly. Stayed for a night, location was great, easy walk to kawaguchiko station.

The design of the hotel is beautiful and intriguing, the room is classy, spacious with bright opnings on nature. The private onsen is a fabulous experience (after 14 years in Japan), the diner was very good, the breakfast in the room was delicious.

Megu was very helpful, in very good English. All the staff were super friendly. Is also right next to the station so really a perfect spot. To top of off, they kept our bags in storage from 9:00 until 19:00 so we had another full day exploring!
