Usually, wheelchair accessible rooms are on a very low floor, so I was happy to see a great view. Thank you for accepting it as a fixed-term delivery service. It was a great accommodation in various ways. There are a variety of breakfast menus, yogurt in the bath, ice cream, and delicious ramen in the evening, all in excellent accommodation. Please make sure to add breakfast and taste it. You can make and eat a variety of things, from simple croissants to kaisen-don.

Hotel was only a 5 minute walk from the train station and car rental places. Close to shopping areas so there was plenty of places close by to get something to eat. Rooms were large and clean. Beds were comfortable and there was space to put suitcases so they were out of your way. Can not use the hotel public baths if you have tattoos.

Todo super bien, calidad precio increíble, buena ubicación y el personal muy amable. Había para lavar ropa con secadora también que fue un buen punto ya que estamos en Japón un mes y nos hemos traído poca ropa para no cargar. Además por la tarde ofrecen bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas gratuitas y está muy bien, puedes probar cocktails sin alcohol, refrescos, vinos y sake entre otros totalmente gratuito. El desayuno también incluido en el precio estaba bastante bien. El único pero es que la habitación era un poco pequeña pero para el precio que tiene el hotel y lo que ofrece me parece que es un 10.

Buena ubicación, muy cerca de la estación. La habitación era mucho más grande que la media en Japón. Y a diferencia de muchos otros hoteles en Japón, tenía armario. Cuando regrese a Tottori, me gustaría volver a alojarme aquí.

Large room with desk, comfortable bed. Useful amenities and tea. Comfortable onsen, good quality shampoo and conditioner. The staff can sell stamps and send postcards. The lobby has a lot of space for tables, sofas and also a small shop. Near the onsen there are vending machines with all sort of drinks, food and a microwave. Good location close to the station and restaurants are nearby.

Seaside hotel. Able to see the beautiful sun rising from the sea level. The hotel has a notice on the timing of the sunset and sunrise. Quiet neighborhood with some restaurants nearby. I love it when I didn’t see any tourists other than Japanese themselves which make us feel like locals. Love the onsen.

Elegance, superb style and tradition - a delight to experience. Staff had limited English but we were well looked after with no problems. Appreciated the pickup and return service from Kaike Tourist Centre. Would love to stay again.

A nice, modern hotel of an attractive style, and literally on the beach. The hotel's onsen was good too, with an indoor bath and one open to the air with views out to sea. Colourful yukata and geta are provided free, and you can also wear them outside the hotel to stroll on the promenade. As with most Japanese hotels, the rooms are rather small (especially if you're travelling with a number of pieces of luggage), but the space was well designed to make the most of the space available. Our family room had twin beds and then a raised tatami area with a table that stowed away so that a futon could be laid out for a third person. We had floor to ceiling windows with an awesome view of the sea and the peninsula (sunset was particularly wonderful). We ate the buffet breakfast in the restaurant on site and it was good value for money. The car park has plenty of spaces. We also used the bus, which goes regularly from a block away to Yonago station, in around 15 minutes. There are two convenience stores a couple of minutes walk away. Kaike Onsen is a good base point for Matsue, Izumo and Daisen.

It was more fancy than I thought it would be, truly amazing. The Japanese style room and the public bathing area were both a fantastic experience. Close to the beach, with quite a few restaurants and stores around, direct bus to the station. There's a fridge, a kettle, some welcome teas and snacks, and a yukata for after the bath! They have three sizes. Highly recommend.
