You can keep your luggage at the reception area or sent nearby the station as you continue to explore the town. Great location, restaurants, shops, convenient stores are just a walk away.

The room is quite spacious considering it's Japan, props to the staffs for keeping the room clean each day, they even changed the towel regularly. Free coffee, amenities, and there's also a coin laundry. The staffs are all welcoming and helpful, they assisted me with the Kuro Neko (luggage transport service) to transfer my luggage and the coin laundry. Not to mention, the location is just so strategic, surrounded by convenient stores, restaurants, cafes, and connected to the subway station.

We were very impressed with the hot spring and were lucky that we were the only ones using it that evening. The location is good if you are arriving by train to Omiya. The main street has everything you need including a fantastic udon restaurant!

Apartamento muito bom, completo e limpo fica bem próximo ao centro da pra ir ao saitama Super Arena caminhando, onde tem vários shows nao tem estacionamento, mas tem vários estacionamento pagos em volta com preços diferentes achei um com 2 dias deu 1100 Yens super barato. .

Breakfast was decent. I was happy that they offer breakfast buffet, otherwise I had to go out and grab something to ear for my kids. Room was clean but old. Location was superb. Hotel was attached with the train station.
