A beautiful and peaceful location. the accommodation was very comfortable, cosy and clean. The gardens were like being in a mini rainforest, so peaceful and lush. Penny, the host, was so very friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. it was so difficult to leave and I will certainly be back. if you are looking for a beautiful laid back place to stay in the heart of nature and yet near the beach and the other attractions Negril has to offer you will not be disappointed, probably the best place in Negril!

Prachtige locatie op de kliffen. Restaurant Ivan serveert heerlijke gerechten met genoeg variatie op de menukaart wanneer je wat langer verblijft.Knusse, sfeervolle accommodaties in een prachtige tuin. Ons verblijf had een superleuke veranda met hangmat, een zitje en 2 ligbedden.

We much enjoyed the snorkeling around the cliffs. .

The Cliff hotel was amazing, my partner and I can't stop talking about how wonderful the place is, even my 3 year old had an amazing time. The scenery was lovely, the decor all over the hotel and the room were beautiful. The room we stayed in was big and beautiful, wouldn't change anything. It was just simply home away from home. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly even the ones that was just passing by. They are very helpful as well. I remember the night when we arrived we decided to go to the pool and was bringing our room towels and a staff member told us that there should be towels by the pool and she went out of her way to ensure that they were still towels there and found us and gave them to us. After checking out we decided to stay awhile to enjoy the pool and a gentleman, not sure if he was the manager or supervisor gave us a room to put down our stuff and to even shower after. That showed us how much they look out for their guests. Simone who did my mani and pedi did an excellent job as well, I loved the service she provided. The rooms were clean, bathroom were updated and looking amazing, bed was so comfy you will just fall asleep in no time. Everything was functional. The food we ordered for breakfast and dinner for the 3 of us was 10/10. The presentation was wonderful, they all tasted great, the portion was great as well. The Cliff hotel is where you would go to relax, chill and entertain yourself with all the activities you can do on property like the pool, dart, connect 4, pool volleyball and other games provided. It's just peaceful. It's not a big hotel with lots of stuff going on but you can make the best of it with your traveling partners.

Absolutely great place and people! Alex and Luca, our hosts, made Negril even more beautiful than it is. We ate many meals (breakfast and dinner) and everyone of them as delicious and well-priced compared to beach restaurants (get the lobster!). You do need a car (or any other transportation) as it is a few km from beach, but that's what makes it wonderful as you are immersed in local culture. Alex knows it all, so ask him for advice. He also knows "Captain" Kirk very well and invited us to meet him for a special tour of the old-school weed farm on the hill :) Do not hesitate one second, an absolute must in Negril!

THE BOARDWALK VILLAGE is een accommodatie met 4 sterren tegenover het strand in Negril met heeft een tuin, een terras en een bar. We liked everything about this hotel. We had a large group check in (15 adults) after the reception had closed and they had left the keys with the security guard to give us access when we arrived. We were able to access our rooms and stay for the night without having to check in till the next morning which was very helpful. The rooms have been refurbished to a really high standard and are very large. Bathrooms are brand new with a walk in shower. There is also a walk in wardrobe and a seating area with a table and two chairs. The beds are huge and comfortable. The staff from the reception to the bar to the restaurant to housekeeping were all so lovely and helpful and really made us feel at home during our stay. They were so obliging with anything we needed and we felt comfortable that they would help us with any request we had. The food at the restaurant is very good and pretty authentic. In particular, Garvin and Garfield at the bar/restaurant were particularly friendly and helpful. The beach is just at the foot of the restaurant and is really lovely. The lounges and umbrellas are free for the guests to use and the staff on the beach are very helpful with setting it all up for you. There is also a bbq on the beach that prepares freshly caught seafood every day - we had a lobster every day for lunch! The added bonus is that it is Jamaican owned and has a lovely family feel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Negril and cannot wait for an excuse to go back.
