The receptionist was incredibly helpful facilitating my getting there on train, bus and taxi and one of the waitresses there was an absolute superstar giving her fullest attention to each client. On top of this, the restaurant is amazing, I ended up eating all my 6 dinners there because the location, quality of food and the staff just made this the perfect spot. I recommend staying at Locanda Da Otello to everyone who is looking for peace, tranquility and warm-heartedness.

All on high level : restaurant and local food, rooms cleaned everday + towels exchange, excellent service in restaurant, friendly and kind owners. Hotel Urbano V se nahaja na mirni lokaciji na hribu v mestu Montefiascone in gleda na jezero Bolsena. Nekdanja plemiška rezidenca sodi med najstarejše stavbe v mestu. Very friendly girl gave us an upgrade to a room with balcony. Good beds breakfast buffet very good
