Absolutely loved every minute of my stay at Chalet Queen! The property is very nice, comfortable and clean rooms. The staff is warm and friendly with great recommendations for things to do around. The restaurant within was great too, the chef and staff made sure I tried traditional regional dishes and I loved them! Highly recommend Chalet Queen for staying in Canazei, and to travel around Dolomites.

But most importantly the service kept on surprising us and it was one of the best that we have seen - especially for dinner (we had Matteo and it was really outstanding and exceptional service). Right away helped us with the parking spot, recommended ski rental place, restaurants, ect. The breakfasts were delicious. We didn't expect anything more than a regular Italian breakfast, e.g. croissants and coffee. But here we had fruits, vegetables, pasteries, eggs, yogurts, delicious coffee, ect.
