The room temperature was quite high surprisingly. The floor heating was strong and stable when you consider the weather condition. The bed was quite comfy with a lot of pillows. The rooms were stylish. Breakfast and dinner hall was so cute and meals were so delicious, especially the dinner.

Luxury beds and power showers are offered at Hótel Egilsen. Baldur Ferry Terminal and boats to the West Fjords and Flatey island are 300 metres away. Wi-Fi is free. The best hotel we stayed in our trip to Iceland. The rooms were great and the hotel itself was very cool.

Great location in town with easy self check in. The room was spotless and very spacious. The bed was comfortable, and having the fridge and microwave was a plus. Great price. We stayed in the hotel in the month of March. We loved how we were surrounded by snow and how we felt isolated from the outside world living in our own small cabin. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered us complimentary cake for breakfast when they knew that it was our honeymoon. They also provided us an ocean view room upgrade.
