Heir Island House is such a cool and unique place to stay! The hosts/owners are wonderful, and it's a real experience to take a ferry to this special little island with incredible natural beauty. Highly recommend!

Overlooking Baltimore Harbour with fantastic sea and island views, The Waterfront Hotel offers seafood, a bar with regular traditional music sessions, and free Wi-Fi in the public areas. the location is great. the room was suuuper great,,,staff very, very helpfull. Many details are 5-star... enough electr plugs for work, fresh orange juise at breakfast, nice restaurant.. and a few lovely pubs around. definetly one of my favourites..will always come back

Cornelia is a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable host. Her breakfasts were delicious and we loved relaxing and chatting with her as we ate.

This family-run hotel has a quiet location, looking out over the harbour and the mouth of the River Ilen. It has free parking, a traditional Irish pub and an award-winning seafood restaurant. Beautiful view. Clean and comfortable. Staff was stellar. Food on premises was delicious and a great price. Highly recommended. Included parking. There is a really interesting church and graveyard behind the property. Really close to Lough Hyne and Knockomagh Trail, which was our destination.
