The Village Bunaken features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Bunaken. The accommodation provides a private beach area, as well as a restaurant and a bar. The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable with a nice bed, bathroom, etc. Our hostess was great and attentive to everyone's needs. The reef right out in front has some fantastic coral. Our excursions were great and so many snorkeling and dive spots nearby. This area is a great value. They do a super job keeping the grounds clean and tidy. The food was good. I would come here again for sure.

Located in Bunaken, EL Homestay Bunaken provides accommodation with seating area. There is an on-site restaurant and free private parking. The best and kindest homestay i have ever been! This homestay is unique in many forms: the owner Steven contacted me a few days before my arrival to answer all my questions, which was a solo female traveller very helpful. He organised me a taxi and boat from Manado to come to Bunaken and back. Through this i could catch directly my flight. Steven and Misi were always helping me with any situation coming up and I had the feeling I could always ask them anything (i had a difficult situation in the middle). The prices were always transparent and fair. They also helped me to find a very good diving school and helped me planning my snorkeling trips (they have a lot of contacts). Both are very kind, warm and open. They even invited me to celebrate New Years Eve with them and their friends. On my last night we had a small farewell party to which Steven invited some friends over to play music! The room is very clean and comfortable. In the whole house I always had perfect and fast Wifi (didn't expect it on an Island:)). The room had a fan and as an add-on AC. The food is cooked fresh, delicious and a lot. Dietary requests are taken serious (as for me i dont like fish and love Tempeh :)). I also rented a Scooter from them which had a very high quality! I am super happy and grateful I stayed at El Homestay and I am already planning to come back:). I honestly fell in love with this family. If you want to have homestay which feels like home and get to know the village of Bunaken and the culture you should definetely stay at El Homestay!

Situated in Bunaken, Blue Shark Divers Bunaken features air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Guests staying at this homestay have access to a balcony. Such a great experience. The lodge is located very close to the beach where the boat drops you off. The rooms are very comfy and have AC. Be prepared for a bucket shower! Dion is very friendly and helpful, the diving is very good value and the crew are kind and very good at their jobs. The best part for us was the food!! All three meals are included and the home cooking is really incredible and delicious, they should.open a restaurant! We miss it already Overall we highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again

Facing the seafront in Bunaken, Sunset Guest House & Bar has a private beach area and a bar. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. Awesome stay! The family who runs the guesthouse were so warm hearting. Every meal was fresh and delicious. You can feel that they run the guesthouse with passion. Highly recommended.

Novita Homestay is a 3-star property situated in Bunaken, facing the sea. The property has sea and mountain views. My stay at Novita was incredible. I felt like part of a family. The food is excellent and the family is adorable. The accommodation is very comfortable and the value for money unbeatable. I only want to come back to Bunaken to see them! The girls are very nice too. We went snorkeling together. Thanks a lot. I recommend 100%.

Located in Manado, 16 km from Manado Harbor, Bunaken Oasis Dive Resort and Spa features an outdoor pool and spa centre. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. An amazing stay, this is heaven on earth in Bunaken! The resort staff was superbly accommodating, making sure everything was done superbly and all our wishes were taken care of. Everyone is superbly kind, the resort is gorgeous, the diving is one of the best I have experienced... I am not doing this review justice in this short summary, because it really was so amazingly unreal. Don't think twice, just book and enjoy!

Siladen Resort & Spa is an eco-friendly beachfront resort with an outdoor pool, a private beach area and a restaurant overlooking the ocean. Beautiful resort with yummy food. The management and staff were great -any problems were sorted promptly and we felt very well cared for. Great atmosphere and beautiful sunset views. Amazing house reef for snorkelling! We did the dolphin & snorkelling trips and my boyfriend did some dives (special thanks to Lea for re-introducing him to diving), all well organised. The spa is also fab. 10 days went too quickly! Highly recommended.

Offering an accommodation with a dive centre, Happy Gecko Dive Resort is located on Bunaken Island in North Sulawesi, just steps from the island’s world-famous beaches and diving sites. Delicious food, generous helpings. Friendly, helpful and attentive Willeke and staff. Made us feel at home. Thank you very much for a most enjoyable time. Highly recommended!

Blending nicely with the countryside, Raja Laut Dive Resort offers bungalows built with wood from coconut palms. Stop reading the reviews and book this now. NOW! It so amazing. We stayed 8 nights. Right on the ocean, with a little beach, no mangrove trees to obstruct view or access to beautiful coral reef, great for snorkeling. Other places in the island don’t have this. I spotted snowflake eels, 8 types of clownfish, 3 types of anemones, coral colonies the size of cars, and so many pyramid butterflyfish and niger triggerfish just in the first thirty minutes. It’s amazing. All of the rooms have wonderful views. It was so so so relaxing to be there. I have never had such a good experience. The food was amazing and local. We did vegetarian and it was so tasty. They also had fresh fruit around at all times. We went with the divers on their charted boat and snorkeled for around 12$ a person for two separate spots a day. Super affordable. The boat team of three men were so professional, knowledgeable, and yet super funny and kind. I felt like we’re all friends by the end. There is a public boat from manado, which we took on our way out, and we booked a private boat on our way in through Raja Laut. Both were great. Brahm the manager was so kind and attentive. We did laundry there and it was done well. Jessie and her staff in the kitchen were so kind. Always enough food, served family style so we could get to know the other guests. It was so nice, but also acceptable to talk to your own party if you wanted to.
