The hotel is newly renovated. Everything looks neat and clean, staffs are extremely helpful and kind (they even took me to a place with the hotel car for free when I cant find any ride), the location is near the center of the city and old town, it’s easy to find food, their tv is well connected to youtube channel and you can watch netflix if you want to sign in with your acc. I stayed there for 4 nights and they change the bfast menu every day.

Facing the beachfront, Hotel Santika Luwuk - Sulawesi Tengah offers 3-star accommodation in Luwuk and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. Hotel is about 15 minute drive from the airport. Room was big with lots of space, and had an excellent view of Luwuk and the ocean. There was also a desk and chair as well as a small sofa. Lots of space for luggage and belongings. Was quiet except when people were passing by in the hallway. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower had great pressure and lots of hot water. Robes and slippers provided in the room. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Convenience store just down the hill as well as a couple restaurants and Kilo beach.

The staff make this hotel … they are so helpful in many ways (finding transportation, helping with SIM card, etc.) Family and off duty staff acted as guide for our excursions!

I’ve been to a 5 star but the service here is already 5 star although the hotel is not one.

Located in Makassar, 26 km from Bantimurung Bulusaraung National Park, Harper Perintis by ASTON provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. The facility was spacious and welcoming from the entrance. The room was clean and modern. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. We booked a king bedroom that included 1pm late check out and 15 minute massage per guest. The reception staff wasn’t aware of any of this so there is miscommunication between the website booking detail and what the staff knew. Overall not a big deal. I enjoyed my stay.
