The hotel is absolutely perfect. Beautiful and clean rooms, fantastic food and drinks, 2 very large pools, lots of loungers and a great spa on site. The best part was definitely the staff. They have an incredibly helpful and cheerful team! Would not hesitate to recommend Rascals. We have traveled all over the world and this is the best hotel and hospitality we have ever experienced, 10/10!!!

Something about this place with positive, chill and loving vibe that makes you feel good and like home. We love the North location on Gili Air. Beautiful sunset and energy. Maya and Fabian make sure we are comfortable and very responsive to our questions and requests. Friendly staff are always smiling and ready to serve. We have daily breakfast on our beach front porch. New Year’s Eve was so special, there were tapas and sangria for the guests while enjoying the sunset. We later went to Hakuna Matata for sushi and Queen Sunset for NYE party, just a short walk. There are also Healing Food cafe with gluten free, sugar free goodies / coffees just 5 mins walk. We highly recommend this place.

O hotel é muito calmo, excelente para quem quer passar uns dias a descansar. O staff era muito simpático e preocupado! São uns amores de pessoas! We used room Lumbung 3027 as my husband like nature. This his first time visit Gili Trawangan. He love frangipani especially in front our Balcony. Breakfast very nice, mixed local and international as my husband is Australian. Location for breakfast very nice with view beach and swimmingpool. Magnificent 👍🏻👍🏻

Everything. From the staffs, location, the facility, the room design and the services provided. The bed is comfortable, staffs are super friendly. We have our diner at the hotel and one of the dishes is not to our liking. The staff offered to replace the food with no cost or full refund. We really appreciate this.
