Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite satisfactory. Firstly, I found the location of the hotel to be convenient, situated in the Pakuwon Indah area of Surabaya. It was close to several business establishments and shopping centers, which made it easy for me to navigate the area during my stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff, who provided efficient check-in service. The lobby area was spacious and well-designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, providing all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The complimentary bath bomb provided for my bath tub experience on the first night was a thoughtful touch and added an extra level of relaxation to my evening. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of meetings. I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi access, which allowed me to stay connected and productive during my stay. In terms of dining options, the hotel offered a selection of restaurants and bars serving a range of cuisines. I had the opportunity to sample some of the local dishes at the hotel's restaurant and I was impressed by the quality and variety of the menu.

The service was impeccable. From the doorman, concierge, reception to the restaurant staff, everyone was kind and professional. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable. On the morning I left, I had to leave at 5:00am and did not have access to the buffet breakfast as it was too early. But the hotel packed for me a wonderful breakfast box for me to enjoy in my room at 4:30am. I would definitely return again.

La mayoria de los turistas escogen los restaurantes de la zona de Prawirotaman

Good city very different to bali. not a lot of locations to visit in the city, but good to know the culture of java people. we met a cabbie exceptional. maybe somebody need i can give the phone. cheap, responsable, happy to serve us. Sunrise on borodubur was´t what we expected, so get up so early is not exceptional. Very expensive everything in comparison with other sites. Borodubur y prambanan abusive price!!!

En el centro hay muchos sitios para "westerns" las afueras son más auténticas, villas javanesas. Borobudur bien merece la pena y Prambaran también pero las entradas creo que tienen un precio excesivo (las dos juntas comprando combo 30€).

El hotel está muy céntrico y con restaurantes cerca. El desayuno era bastante completo y estaba bueno. La habitación era grande, la cama cómoda, tenía armario y también una ducha diferenciada del retrete (cosa que no siempre es habitual en Java y se agradece). También tiene aire acondicionado y la piscina, aunque no la usamos, tenia buena pinta.

Las instalaciones eran perfectas. Preciosa piscina (podías ver bali e Ijen desde ella ) habitación súper cómoda y bonita. Cenamos en el hotel con música en directo y un espectáculo de danza javanesa. El personal súper amable y educado. Perfecto para relajarte antes o después de hacer tu excursión al monte Ijen. Volveremos!

We had an amazing 3 night stay at the Aston Anyer. Good spread of Breakfast. Have to mention that the service at the hotel is remarkable. They staff were extremely courteous and super helpful. the staff is very friendly and polite, the great thing is they provide a water dispenser so you didnt need to buy bottled water everyday on your stay. it's also had a semi public livingroom that can be used for dining, or just chatting with other tourist. ooh, there is a few street food nearby, definitley not gonna starve your stomach.

Little interesting fact : my 2 days stay here cured me of my daily antihistamines for the last 3 years. The last time I took my medication was on the day of my arrival in Puncak. I've been 2 weeks without antihistamines now. So happy.

Room is big with a modern design, clean shower, complete bathroom amenities (it even has a comb on stock!), and very good lighting. I stayed in a room with balcony overlooking the mountain and pool, it was fantastic. The AC was working as expected and rather quiet - although we didn't use it much since the natural temperature of the area was already cool. We found no mosquitoes! It was great! Very wide selection of delicious breakfast, with a nice layout and javanese vibe. Fantastic view from the restaurant overlooking the green hills and mountains. Fresh clean air, surrounded with birds chirping. Very clean restaurant, friendly, caring, and very professional staffs. Hotel's bar is very cozy with great view, has great selections of specialty Indonesian coffees, properly brewed. It also has good selection of cocktails, mocktails and wine. The pool is overlooking the lush mountains. It is surrounded with nice seating spots spread out over several terraces. There are cozy gazebos and parasoles within a nice distance from one to another, so it doesn't feel packed and provide a nice sense of privacy. There are many activities for kids, such as a play area, feeding rabbits and feeding koi fish. The restaurants have a wide selection of Indonesian, Indonesian-Chinese and Javanese food. Very delicious. In general, the hotel is well designed for comfort, very clean, complete with a very professional and helpful staff. The location is great, and the temperature was excellent outside.

everything was amazing , we enjoyed our stay in the hotel as it was clean , breakfast was really delicious as the buffet was really gooood with all varieties of food , and the staff were very friendly and helpful

The room is clean, staffs are friendly. We arrived at this place at mid nigjt, but staffs were cooperative and happy to welcome us. The location is strategic. Not noisy inside the accommodation, evethough it is located in the main street (Jl. Panjang).
